ATLANTA, GA (January 8, 2015) - Kellen Company, the global leader in association management and communications, has acquired The Sherwood Group, Inc., a Chicago-based association management firm specializing in health, science, technology and business fields.  This combination creates a new company with a broader suite of services, more expertise and expanded reach to innovate and meet the complex and rapidly evolving needs of associations.
